Incels are nothing new: why desperate men need to improve.
Incels (link to reddit) are online geeks who identify as unwitting celibates. They can’t get laid and they are very angry about it.
They are angry with everyone, especially women.
Maybe some of them are weird and creepy. However, there is also a large part of this group that are not attractive, but normal guys. Or they don’t have social skills, but they seem to be decent.
Whatever the reason, they cannot be successful with women.

toxic beliefs
These incel types have toxic beliefs. They think that women are bad and that they should deserve female attention.
But they don’t know the truth.
No one owes you anything in this life.
Yes, having women in your life is a great thing. Having consistent sex and having that feminine energy can go a long way in making a man feel powerful.
But at the end of the day, real men don’t need a woman to be happy.
Incels believe that:
- They deserve hot women.
- The world is against them.
- Nothing you do will help you succeed with women.
If they would remove these beliefs from their mind, they could achieve some level of success with women and in life as well.

entitled to the cone
You have no right to have a cone.
There is a sex market.
You have to compete with every other guy to get laid (or you have to pay for it).
If you don’t get a single woman, it’s because you are not providing them with anything of value that is something they are looking for.
The world is against them
The incels believe that there is great injustice in this life.
Life is not fair, but the world is not against you or for you.
It is neutral.
You only perceive it as good or bad according to your current perception.
The incels believe that the world is against them and this leads them to be so negative with women.

Nothing they do will work.
The worst is that they believe that nothing they do will work.
Even if they think the odds are against them, but if they could do something about it, at least they would have a chance.
Incels believe that there is nothing they can do to improve their opportunities with women.
That is wrong.
Any guy can get a girl. It doesn’t mean that it will be easy and it doesn’t mean that you will get the most attractive women.
But if you’re fit, have a decent job, and talk to enough girls, you’ll eventually get lucky.
And it will be easier with time.
So, as a man with a lower sexual value in the market, you have to try harder.
Don’t become a lazy and desperate loser
Incels are bums who complain and complain instead of doing what needs to be done.
They lack the positive mindset necessary to achieve success.
You don’t have to be a handsome boy to be a man. But you have to work hard for what you want.
We are all lucky to be alive and even to have the opportunity to pursue women, because our other survival needs are met.
Most of the story was crap for most.
Alpha males could choose the women they wanted from the villages, while many normal men did not get to have wives.
If you lived in a smaller tribe with no alpha males, you might have a wife.
The incels fail to see how life is no longer what it used to be.

It’s time for “Man the Fuck Up”
If you are a desperate loser and want to change, there are some things you can do.
- Increase your value in the sexual market
- lower your standards
- accept it and move on
Increase your value in the sexual market
Increasing your sexual market value will give you more options.
More women will like you and you will have more chances to get laid. Increase your sexual market value by:
- improve your body and style
- increase the amount of money in your bank account.
- have more confidence.
- up your conversation game
- raise status by becoming really good at something, like dancing, martial arts, business CEO, etc.

lower your standards
Many incels not only want to fuck women, they also want to have sex with the most attractive women.
But that’s not realistic for most men. Even men who have sex constantly don’t fuck the most attractive women most of the time.
If you want to get laid, you have to start by lowering your standards. Sleep with about 4 or 5 if necessary. Get in where you can fit in.
Over time, when you have more experience, you can choose the woman of your dreams.
accept it and move on
Ideally, lower your standards and work on yourself. Maybe you fuck a whore to lose your virginity. Then you hook up with some easy girls, gain confidence by having sex, and work on other aspects of your life.
Eventually, with more play and a higher sexual market value, you can get more attractive women.
But not all guys want to push themselves. Serious mistake. Then accept it and move on.
You can accept that you can’t get attractive women, but don’t get mad and just live your life. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin if you don’t care about it.
Accepting things and moving on will at least allow you to enjoy your life. Giving in to the negative energy of desperate losers will only bring you down and make your life worse.

play your best hand
But you can be a good player by playing in your best position by giving the hand that is dealt to you.
That’s what a man does.
If you move to a decent sized city, make a decent income, lift weights and dress nicely, learn some social skills, you might be able to get a good girl.
They may not be the hottest women, but you will get some.
Even if it’s just a girlfriend or a sex partner here and there, every man can work on himself and have sex + attention from a girl.
The world is not a fairy tale. The world is hard. fucking hard.
Appearance, money and status are important.
But any man can get at least one girl if he puts in the effort.
Do everything in your power to live your best life.
